We are so excited for the 34th Annual Lights Fantastic Parade!

We are thankful that you are participating this year. We have a huge number of floats, and we are actively putting together the line-up. You will likely receive your line-up number when you arrive on Saturday but if we are able to get you the line-up number sooner, we will.

Attached, please see the map that will show you where to enter the staging area. You will check in with a volunteer that will direct you to where you need to go. On the map, please note the “Headquarters” area. This is the spot where a staff member will be stationed or nearby, if you need anything at all during the parade day. Please look for the bright blue tent! Please do not hesitate to find a volunteer to ask for help.

Bands, please note that you will have a different entrance point than the rest of the parade floats. You will enter at Washington and Grand and drop off your band members at the designated spot on the map. Bands – please send a representative from your group to the headquarters area, when you arrive, to let us know you are here. Our plan is to have yard signs, with your names, along your specific staging area. Line-up will begin at 4pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 5:00pm.
